Guest Bloggers Wanted!

Cyber-Shoutout-2011When I started Quantum of Geek, my sole source of inspiration, or my muse as they say, came from the technical challenges I faced on a day-to-day basis as a Systems Administrator in corporate IT. However, since moving back into an IT management role, I simply don’t have the time to write articles with the frequency and technical depth required to keep it fresh. That said, I want to see QOG live on, so I still plan to Blog, but this time from an IT management perspective. That is not to say I won’t write the occasional technical post (I could probably start an entirely new blog solely focused on the technical challenges parents face on a daily basis raising kids in an online world). To keep QOG fresh and interesting, and to tap into its original roots, I would love to see an infusion of inspiration from other sources, and branch out with new ideas and technologies. That is, attract other bloggers and/or aspiring technical writers to write guest articles and posts for QOG.

Do you have a strong technical background and have a knack for writing? Do you want to publish/blog but don’t want the hassle of running your own blog? Quantum of Geek is looking for guest bloggers with interests in Consumer and Enterprise Technology, Science, and Geek Culture.  Compensation comes in the form of satisfaction in seeing your articles published, your name on the Internet, and the comments and email feedback thanking you for helping out a fellow geek.

If your interested, please let me know by sending me an email via the QOG contact form. Please let me know your name, technical background, topics you would like to write about and a sample of your work if you have it, and we’ll go from there. Can’t wait to hear from you. Cheers, Paul.
